Kyvos

Refactor the code to reduce complexity. I plan to use more classes, and cache the configuration information for VMs.
This will reduce the amount of time the files are opened while the user uses Kyvos.
There will not be any visible change for the user, as the biggest benefit will be the cleaner code.
