Add config option to open the monitor on a TCP/IP/Telnet port, is made by "-monitor telnet::45454,server,nowait"
In the monitor (which is something like a shell), you can add remove dveice like usb, which I use for USB development. You can even make deeper investiagtion about the state of the VM

This feature will not be implemented, since it can be covered by the "Custom arguments" text field added with https://pms.walkero.gr/issues/52
I am not sure how many would use such a feature.
