openAdd dns lookup in the radio

For the radio API it is useful to add a DNS lookup, to select the server dynamically. This will prevent the app to stop working when the used server is not available.

For the radio API it is useful to add a DNS lookup, to select the server dynamically. This will prevent the app to stop working when the used server is not available.
I changed the radio API url to use https://all.api.radio-browser.info
This seems to work fine, but it needs some more testing
